1.1. Scalability

The service should support working in a clustered context, where many instances can work in tandem.

1.2. Resource Usage

The service should not waste compute or resources, and be free of memory leaks.

1.3. Metrics

The service supports passing on metrics to an external OpenTelemetry sync.

1.4. Deployment

The service is deployed using Containers. This is the only method for deployment we support.
